My wife gave me this nickname 30yrs ago. Then my soldiers heard about it so I was called sergeant grumpy until I retired. So everything I do, golf bag, boat, cars, clothing has grumpy. For god sakes I even get grumpy socks at Christmas. Something that stuck and have had fun with it. I have no earthly idea why my wife called me that. Haha!

I do a lot of fishing on the rivers in the PNW! Salmon fishing is my quiet time and the Bronco is my faithful fishin buddy!!

Not Fishing but a cool Picture

Just got back from fishing at Lake Tarpon. Caught 5 today, the biggest being 6lbs, and 2nd was 3.25lbs, the rest were less than 2lbs. Mostly fished top water with a plastic toad over Lilly pads.

Spent 6 hours on Lake Tarpon today caught several bass, biggest being 4.55lbs

Hit Fenton lake today and CRUSHED IT. New personal trout record at 74, edging out my buddy who caught 72. The wind really came up hard and foiled our combined 150, so we hit a brewery in Jemez Springs. We kept our 9 best (limit is 5 per person), and will hopefully be smoking them this weekend. All in it was a great day!

Bronco showed up at Granger yesterday while I was out fishing. I guess I better pack a bag and head to Iowa, but tough to leave my home water behind.
