Build date changes

Are the multiple build date changes because of reserve date/ commodity availability or because they just can’t figure out how many they can build? To explain a little further, they send out emails based on commodities they have and can build like a month out, then before those dates play out, new commodities come in that trigger new available builds to older reservervations which bumps the newer reservation holder that already had the build date….. this may have already been discussed to death. Or maybe they kill one build to build 2 or 3 more based on a loaded order.

I don’t exactly know I’m assuming it’s that and many factors…who knows exactly but I’ve been bumped over and over again.
