I was playing around with Axel Ratios and Tire Sizes because, well because 
Anyway I created this spread sheet where you can change MPH, tire size and gear size to see where the RPMs should fall based on the 10R60 transmission.
I may have overlooked something, but if anyone wanted to play I figured I'd upload the excel sheet as an attached file.
(Not sure if this is going to work but let's see)
