Cannot Connect to Ford Pass on phone

Hello Everyone,

Just picked up my Bronco on Tuesday and I love it. Is anyone have issues getting your Bronco activated on your phone in your Ford Pass app. I have restarted my phone, connected Bronco to the internet, but it will not connect or even ask me to add my car.

Mine took a couple days to get activated. Just give it some time and it will work.

I had talked with a support rep who had me perform a master reset. That did not work. Ended up having to go into dealer. They had to perform a software upgrade on the TCU in order to allow FordPass to authorize user. They reprogrammed the TCU and everything worked great after that.
