What are the specs for the Capable Bumper? I am looking at putting the Rough Country Hidden Winch Mount) on and it requires frame-mounted tow rings.

I believe they say it only works with the plastic bumper and you have to trim it.

Reasonable to expect that aftermarket capable bumper add-ons are going to be delayed 6-8 months vs. their already released plastic and modular counterparts.

Could be fewer capable bumper compatible products overall since it will only be on BL and BD trims that don't upgrade to modular, but I think the market will provide.

They only said they haven't tested it yet, which I guess makes sense.
