login your ford.com account. click on your reservations and orders. you will see your 8 digit order number. actually it's your reservation number

All reservation numbers from opening night on were 8 digits

Found it in production, only from the back door manage page. Are they too busy to send me the email?

That's normal. Once Ford pulls your order it will go to "In Production" and you'll get a VIN.

Try this.......For those that are still having problems getting in ....Copy and paste this in the address bar, delete the x's and replace them with your order number, and then hit the "go" button.
