Apple announced that they would be revealing new product/services September 15th. Maybe that's where this date came from? Or he's rolling us.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Just like when Ford said B&P would be live "by September" and that actually meant "in September", there was confusion in my post for the reader.

"All the details and release is included below", meant all the details of the article release were included in the very valid link in the OP.

On the topic of the B&P live date, I have it on very good authority that it will be live on 9/15. This information came from a viable source and not a single slice of pineapple pizza was in sight during the conversation!
