Confirmation Email?

Placed my order with my dealer and my Ford account shows my order date and order number but I never got my confirmation email.
Is it pretty normal to not have received that confirmation email from Ford? Or should I reach out to my dealer?

Just reading another similar thread. You never made an online reservation? Seems once ordered through dealer Ford doesn’t seem to send individuals emails. Small sample size but just what I’m noticing.

Made an online reservation then had to go in and build it and sign the build sheet.

Did you get an emailed reservation confirmation? My order confirmation came a day or two after the dealer ordered. Plus it’s a holiday weekend.

I did get emailed a reservation confirmation. I placed my order on 8/25. Thats what my account says.

I never received an order email, but my Ford account always said order with dealer. You will be fine. Others, had the same issue. I wouldn’t worry as long as your Ford account states order with dealer. Also, I have a build week and a vin, but I never received a build email from Ford. Not sure why.

I did get emailed a reservation confirmation. I placed my order on 8/25. Thats what my account says.

The order you placed on 8/25, is this the first time placing an order or a changed order, e.g., changing from MIC to soft? If it's a changed order you won't receive a confirmation. Should've received one for the initial order though, but like the poster above said, you should be fine.

I too never received an order confirmation from Ford, but I did confirm with FoMoCo customer service that my order was indeed placed.

I received the Order Confirmation from Ford almost instant once he hit submit in the dealerpass system. But, On Ford.com it shows I have no reservation or orders, I called FORD and they show in their system, I do have an order. Im so confused.
