Cracks developing in my top

Getting lazy in my old age so I apologize if it’s repetitive. I would love to see where exactly your cracks are on the rear. I went over mine inch by inch and didn’t see anything yet. I’ll go back and check around the windows.

No worries. You said the magic words, “old age”. That’s me.

I have cracking visible along the bottom side of both rear windows. Take a flashlight and hold it at a low angle. If you have cracking, that will reveal it. It’s hard to see with the packing tape, but if you look closely at the first pic, you can see cracking. I applied tape about a year ago and cracking has not worsened. Tape barely noticeable.

Last week I applied the same tape to the majority of the section over the driver. Quite a bit of cracking.

Our bronco came w/ the soft top. Ford accessories offered early buyers a hardtop, so foolishly thinking hardtop issues had been resovlved, we ordered on and had dealer install it. About $5k. There were no aftermarket options at the time. Two years and 40k miles later. Is what it is. I may even try to repair mine if it gets worse.
