crazy build times?

Is it just me or is anyone else getting tired of being bumped for their build dates? My build date has been extended now twice , from Dec 18th 2021 to Feb 22nd 2022 to now April 22nd2022. I find it disturbing that there are new Broncos on the lot for sale and the one I have reserved since the first day, and ordered 13 months ago is not here. Has anyone reported this to their respective states? Seems wrong ...

Hang in there, it has happened to most all of us, even those of us that were lucky and got an early 2021 production date.

My build date was bumped 8 times before my Bronco was finally built. My original build date was June 23 and it got pushed to Aug 27 for the final build. I was very frustrated like you but it made the delivery date even sweeter! As everyone has said it’s so worth it once it’s in your driveway!

I think yesterday was my 1 year anniversary for my res date. So, I can officially start "bitchin". Sweet!!

I'm at a loss on what we are supposed to report? Covid mandates hindering workers? Chip shortages? Truckers blocking supply routes? As is already pointed out, it's not just Ford. Everybody's getting hit with issues.

That is not his point. He is seeing people order, get built, and receive their Bronco in the last few months while he has been waiting since day 1... that is fugggged up. I'm in the same boat. If they can't build them, fair enough. But don't tell me they can hardly build Broncos right now when I keep seeing dealers sell them off the lot and people order and get delivered over a year after I reserved and ordered mine (for an identical build)!

That is a fair point... I saw this post and it triggered me. Just venting... once again lol

It's pretty crappy. My brother had one of the 1st orders my dealership put in and he had his WT pushed back to 2022 (and still waiting). Meanwhile i've had customers who built a BB and OBX in Nov and Dec at my dealership already take delivery. I understand there's constraints on items but it's pretty outrageous at this point.

Original was the Wildtrak. When it was not coming in the dealership suggested we change it to black diamond to speed it up, we also had to change the color since our red was already discontinued, and removed a lot of options we wanted

Although it sucks to get your build date pushed out, at least you have a build date. 578 days since i reserved my Bronco and have not heard boo about it being built.

Agreed, I'm just done with all the drama around it. It hits us all and every couple weeks somebody has to vent, which is fine. I made the unfortunate decision to post at this one and got myself drug into it again.

no disrespect to anybody but I'm ignoring this thread, got my own problems to deal with.
