Has anyone caught the corner of their front modular bumper?
Like an idiot I tagged an aluminum covered parking spot pole today. It’s scratched up, and I swear it is bent back a little when I compare both sides, but I was going pretty slow.

anyone else done this? Any damage to the frame or mounts?

edit: with pics below. It’s definitely bent a bit back on the drivers side. Looking at the fenders. Also a noticeable “jump” in the steel above recover hook like it bent/creased and popped back.

Edit: it was the drivers side. I’ll try to snag a photo here in a little bit. Took off some of the coating. Maybe bent back a smidge? Surprised with how slow I was pulling in, it would do that. Just worried I tweaked something now

I have banged mine on rocks and trees. It has some rash, but still seems straight to me. Always seemed pretty tough, so I doubt you bent it, but I didn't see it so couldn't say

Get a can of flat black, you’re good.

Step one, be really pissed.
Step two, spray paint to cover damage.
Step Three, Create much better story to go along with it.
Seriously, I'd paint it and never think of it again.

The wing does have a little cockeye to it, but nothing major. I agree with pretty much everyone else here - clean it up, spraypaint over it, and no one will ever notice unless you point it out to them -- then tell them some story about offroading.

You can just replace those parts if it's really bugging you, but if it were me I would just paint it and rub some more dirt on it.
