I was able to go to the Dealer Event in Buffalo and took some pictures. I wanted to focus on the little details since I hadn't seen many up close pics of materials, textures, etc. The event was indoors and the lighting wasn't great but I did my best to clean them up.
There was a Cactus Grey First Edition with Navy Pier and an Area 51 Badlands (2.3 Manual). Both were soft tops. I spend most of my time in the Badlands because I'm also getting a Manual (Base 2-Door in VB). I asked the BN guys about driving the manual and here's what they said:
MGV felt fine, I'd be happy if I was getting it. I wished they'd had a 2-door, or one with a cloth interior, but I'm glad I got to check out the manual.
EDIT: gonyr checked with the BN folks said both vehicles had leather interiors.

- The throws were nice and short
- He couldn't really tell me where the clutch engagement point was (I'm guessing that means it was fine).
- I asked about rev hang and he said it seemed fine/didn't really notice it.
- I did mess around with the shifter when I sat in it and it felt fine to me. I liked the lock out ring.
