Hello, folks,

I've been lurking and browsing for a few years since the 6G got released. It's been my wife's dream car, ("it's a square vehicle," she says,) since she first saw it. I hadn't planned on ordering a new vehicle but the used market is such garbage, it turns out it was definitely time. I was even trying to track down leftover '24's as they had a $5000 allowance from Ford - no suitable inventory.

When Di's VW got smoked in a parking lot we had a Jeep for the rental from insurance. I took her out 4x4'ing through ditches and fields in a rain storm in an unfinished subdivision - she fell in love with the idea of tackling terrain. I also took my work mates out in that thing and we did some pretty crazy climbs for what the unit was capable of.. in the river valley nearby :D :D

The build:
Bronco® | Build & Price | Shop.ford.ca

I am going to do some light upgrading; a Mishimoto air/oil separator, Ford splash guards, Bronco side emblems. If I feel it needs, an Eaton Truetrac with some fresh Spicer 3.73's out back. After a few miles to make sure I haven't any six sigma issues with the factory parts I want to run the Ford Performance tune.

My local Ford Dealer - Jubilee in Saskatoon, has been great. I got to go check out the Ford GT's they have in a neat meeting room on the 2nd level. There is of course a car elevator to get them down so they both get exercised.

Finally, I'm trying to get Di to head out to the Off Rodeo in Tennessee. If she doesn't... I guess I'll have to go. Edit: huh I just found you can bring guests! So there might be 3 of us :D

So, nice seeing you all and I'm looking forward to having a lot of adventures in this Bronco. Di's looking forward to finally having remote start and 4 wheel drive in the winter!

I am selling my 2008 Bullitt Mustang to thin the herd. Have had it since new! Everything done to it; I installed stronger con rods, have been into the transmission, 1.9 TVS supercharger, cams, exhaust, brakes, suspension. Hopefully the new owner enjoys it.

I'll have my 2005 Silverado RCLB but it's just for dump runs and stuff. 6.0/cam/t56/torsen, 4.10s and traction bars.

;)

Tbh, my bronco was in the mix at first. Base, 7 speed, that I would have modified, but I realized this was supposed to be my compromise not my wife's. Things have a way of working out. Except no more Cactus grey!

We bought a used upgraded Gladiator and ordered “my wife’s” ‘24 Black Diamond days after she wrecked her ‘15 ecoboost convertible Mustang. “She” started stacking mod parts before delivery. We had been wheeling a Polaris RZR on portals so she already had the off road bug and our friends had just bought Jeeps. Owning a Jeep gives perspective of how much better the Bronco is on everything except extreme rock crawling which is less than 1% of what most owners will ever do.

Congrats and enjoy!

Thanks! Modules are online this morning

Tracker site says in production, I bet tomorrow will say, "built"!

**I learned since the order the 2025 2.3 engine is quite a lot different... better. Probably won't bother with the Ford tune as the truetrac would be 11/10 a better improvement. Also, 235/85R16 studded hakkas for winter :D
