The video was interesting. I enjoyed seeing them hack up a more-door. And the aluminum bed from Canada is well made...although butt ugly!
The wheeling portion was hard to watch as the lines they picked were a rookie choices. Shows how well the longer wheelbase works in this situation
. Notice they didn't show the u-turn and trip back down. ROFL.
The winch worked ok, not sure they would have made it up w/out one.
In their defense, wet steep loose rock trails can be very difficult to traverse...especially when the wheelbase is too long. A stock 2dr SAS would definitely have a better time on that trail.
I wish Ford would build a 2dr pickup with the wheelbase about 6" longer than the 2dr.
Although I absolutely love the 2dr Pickup half cab I've made!!!. And it's pretty sweet the OEM full hardtop still fits. I swap back and forth when I feel the need.

That video was taken at Compressor where I ate the rock. There are some really challenging sections. He went farther in the end though. Eventually you get to a waterfall that's pretty hard to get over, I have yet to make it but I might be able with a winch.
I imagine it's pretty well snowed in right now but in late spring it should be great.
