Oh definitely can have dealer fix, it's just such a pain in the ass dealing with them. I was hoping for a quick fix

I have the same issue. It's the ONLY thing that's wrong with my BRaptor.

I took it to the dealer and they told me there was nothing they could do--that it's just something that comes with having frameless windows--even though I don't have the same issue on the passenger side.

It's such a tiny gap but it lets water in when the vehicle is washed, and above 40MPH the sound impact is substantial.

I guess my question for @Ford Motor Company is: Is this considered normal? If so, I'll begrudgingly eat it. Otherwise, I understand there are some expected tolerances within manufacturing, so if this falls in that bucket I would expect it'd be fixed if brought to the dealer's attention.

50000% not normal with frameless windows or acceptable.

UPDATE: Never heard anything from @Ford Motor Company, so I went through the chat on their website. They've taken my information, created a case, and noted the dealership that denied my service. Not a fix, but there's light at the end of the tunnel. At least I have a case number now.

I have this issue too and it’s annoying. On highway trips I just stick a credit card in there and it helps a lot

Has anyone changed this part? It looks like it bolts in. If so, how do you get to them? It looks more buried than just removing the interior door panel.

Had this part replaced for a second time. Drivers side only. Thank god its a relatively cheap part and easy to replace on your own.
