So I am starting to have this problem with my 4 door bronco wildtrak hardtop. In which when I close the door. The window doesn't fully latch. There is a gap when I close the door. And I found out when this happens you can "restart" the system by pressing the window button all the way for 5 seconds and then all the way up for 5 seconds and that "fixes" it for a couple of times you start the car but then it happens again. Please help. Should I take it in ? It was raining mad hard here in Miami today ( 4/11/23) and the inside of my car got soaked because of that gap

If you have to reset it every few times I would think something is out of alignment or wrong. Just out of curiosity, under the door there are two rubber plugs. If you remove them there are nuts which you can loosen, push towards the outside, then tighten. That helped me with window rattling so I wonder if it’s moving too much causing it get caught and not go up all the way.
