Hey folks, two things. 2021 badlands bought new, 36k miles. Issue one: battery drain after 2 days. Have to keep on battery minder. Doesn't drain when disconnected. Searching for this problem since day one. Drain varies from 100 MA to 4 2 amps d cycles. Removed every fuse one at a time, as well as possible cabling one at a time. Any help šŸ˜‚ helpful.
Issue 2: on acceleration engine sounds as if it's experiencing pre ignition on acceleration. Started at around 35k miles, always use premium gas, says it gets around 18.5 gpm. Again ideas and or solutions helpful. Used different gas stations. Should I try obtain booster and try it

For the battery - if you pull everything - completely disconnect it, does it still drain? It’s possible it could have an internal short.

For the engine noise - not sure. If it’s just noise and you aren’t seeing a change in MPG or temps or having issues with power then it may be hard to track down

Electrical: Have you tried a new battery? Acceleration: same result in different goat modes (like sport)?

Thanks, just on acceleration, hope it's not the turbo.

Well I added a plus 3 octain booster to gas and the preignition noise seems to have gone. I always use premium 93 but maybe bad gas. As far as the drain I am assuming solidstate relay leakage or just GPS monitoring or over air update wifi detecting, or tpms monitoring, or who the hell knows. It might be anti theft tracking device
