I dont know that it can be added, at least easily. The software to do it doesn't seem to be on the module for pre-‘24 base radio options, I tried fussing around in Forscan and couldn't get anything (that doesn't mean it 100% isn't there, just that I couldn't get it working)

Not sure if the APIM has a different part number or if a trick like steering rack VIN swap might get the right software installed on an existing module (although either of those are likely to break other things)

Is there really even a difference? I’ve considered turning mine off just to see, but somehow I highly doubt I’d even notice a change 🤷‍♂️

You're the only person I've ever seen who "enjoyed" fake engine noise...
Isn't that what you're paying for??.
Wait, wrong "fakin' it" noises .. never mind ...

2.3 sounds bad lol. I tried an axleback and took it off pretty quick. I think the fake noises sound better than models that don’t have it. 🤷‍♂️

The 2.3 with downpipes make a huge difference.

I'd rather listen to the 2.3L than have the audible equivalent to stuffing socks down my pants 🤷‍♂️

There are ways to improve-
Unplug hose at blow off valve exit. Plug with tools of similar size or clamp closed. Be envy of your town as your Bronco goes "pshhh pshhhh" and cue Team Evo song.
Option 1 - Be a pioneer by being the first to pull the sound system from a newer Bronco and transplant it to your '21, make a YouTube video of your endeavor, post to bronco6g, rack in that sweet monetized internet cash.
Option 2 - Get tinnitus like me from a life of loud music, loud cars, and loud ladies. Now all I hear is ringing.

Option 3, get some other vehicles to drive that have much better sounding engines, these work for me :)
