Eruption Green Retromod with Ranger Stripes

Finally done with my build. Many products were inspired or researched on this site so many thanks! Went for a look that is a blend of retro and modern and from what I’ve seen one of the first to incorporate Ranger stripes. Received as a 2023 Black Diamond with the 2.7.

33” BFG K02 275/70/R17
2” Rough Country lift
AMP Research power step
Aftermarket Sasquatch flares
AR DNA Badge base or “ford” option
Dirty dog headliner (a must for Minnesota winters)
Ford front letters by VasherDesign on Etsy
Stripes by local shop Auto Trimmers
Mabett rear back seat cover and rubber cargo liner
Ford aftermarket floor liners for the vinyl floor
Carhart back seat cover and weather tech front seat back cover to protect from the kids
Custom metal stickers for wheel caps with Bronco logo on Etsy

Easily the best implementation of Ranger stripes on a 6g yet, and not by a close margin!

BTW, did you layer red vinyl over the classic white for the pinstripe or get some authentic silkscreen?

Thanks! If you've seen other examples of the ranger stripes, I'd be curious to see them. When I was planning, I didn't see anyone do it. If you could, message me an example if you've remembered where you saw it.

I picked out the two vinyl materials separately. The white is sort of a pearly off-white that is more matte whereas the red I picked to match the fender badge. The red is overlayed on top of the white.

I wonder what this would look like with a flat/matte wrap in the green. The shiny paint with the flat accents hurts my OCD. But it does look real slick OP!

There have been a few folks making their version of the stripes. Will see if I can dig up those ones.

And I've been chewing on ideas for them myself as they would look great on green (as you've proven).

IMHO yours are the best ones yet. Smooth curves for transitions on the bottom stripe and a homage to the front and rear transitions.

That is really funny. I didn't even notice. Not even a Wild fan - originally from Michigan so I follow the Red Wings.

Another way to do it (which I considered) was to paint the stripes in Wimbledon white and traffic red. That would also be the way to do it if you wanted the grille white as well.
