Just a thought for those that are deciding to run without the antenna, may want to look at installing a short bolt or plug or something to stop water pooling inside the recess?

good idea !!! I actually found I can fit my kc lights perfect at a angle towards the ditch with my antenna on . It’s really where I wanted them in the first place so lucky me

I ordered a set of the KC slimlite LED's 6in. Can't decide if I want to do bumper mount or A-pillar. Picture of my old Bronco for reference (had to get some KC's for my new one)

Did you end up getting the slimlites? I'm thinking of putting a pair on my bumper too. I was just hoping someone beat me to it so I could see how it looks first 😅

I got the slimlites but I mounted them on the A-pillar spots.

Looks good! Do you think there's enough room to mount directly to the bumper or would I need a bump out spacer?

It would have been a very tight fit up front. I sat one there to test fit and thought I would need some extra pieces so I mounted them up on the A-Pillars.

Just a quick question about that antenna.....do I need for SIRIUSXM? Is it preinstalled like all the other Fords I have owned? If so then I may want a Stubby replacement.
XM antenna is on the roll cage at the rear.

Yea I'm going to have to re-wire it this weekend. I read the specifications wrong on the lights. They are 4amp EACH lol. I have it wired to aux 6 currently which is only 5amp. Ill have to move it to at least 3 which is 10amp

Finally got my Bronco in on Thursday, and I've had these KC Hilites (model 651) in the garage waiting to install. What brackets did you guys use/make?
