Experience with Crossroad Ford in Raleigh, NC

Anyone has experience with this dealership?

Planning on placing an order with them. They told me that they will not charge above MSRP, but I am skeptical, and I don't want any nasty surprises.

I work in the area and have a coworker that decided not to order from there (f250), did not have a great convo with the sales folks. He is a former service manager from the midwest. Take that with a grain of salt as it is not my own experience. He did order with Roger Shiftlett out of Gaffney, which I do have some experience with.

Mine is from Crossroads in Dunn. Wife’s is from Crossroads in Southern Pines. Highly recommend the Crossroads team.
