I have their rear relocation bracket and it works well for mall crawling, so far, but, I believe, @broadicustomworks beats his on the trail like it owes him money. The RPG rear trac bar has my attention for a future upgrade. Let us know how the front upgrade goes.


@SierraBronco touching the steering always gives me the Bronco paranoia. The alignment shop said they got it straight but lights were on and I'd have to go to the dealership, but the lights went off with a test drive and everything is fine. My fake OCD would just blow up if the steering wheel couldn't go back on straight. You'd thing that with so much being electronic that it would be adaptable like a video game steering wheel or something. Good luck! Love your stuff because I miss the Sacramento-Tahoe area.

So, last night I had a 4 passengers - 2 adults, 2 kids. Tire pressure at 19psi - 12 clicks front and 11 rear. WOW. I was a little shocked cause it not only handled so well on the dirt, but it felt like 80% of of the previous "trail chatter" on the suspension just vanished. And I was going fast. The shocks are so good it felt normal for me at 8 to 10 mph faster. Absolutely smooth. I was very impressed. Now I just have to fine tune the settings for when it's only myself in the vehicle and not lugging around an extra 500 lbs.......Fun times!

The steering is interesting. After the portal install we got the tires “kinda” straight and the steering wheel was off 14 degrees according to the indicator. Wasn’t worried about it as the alignment shop would straighten it out. The first few drives you could feel a chatter in the wheel-the computer seemed like it was very confused that the wheel was turned but it was going straight. Or at least that’s my human interpretation of what it was doing. The first shop couldn’t fit us on the rack, and the next shop was a couple weeks out. So we aligned it ourselves in the garage with a tape measure/holding up a thumb for reference points and got the steering wheel pretty close. I think maybe 3-4 degrees off. There must be some tolerance factored in on the computer because after a short distance the computer accepted that as reality and zeroed the steering wheel angle indicator by itself and the chatter stopped. So that was interesting. Oh! And we were pretty damn close on our alignment. That was pretty satisfying. (Or his before numbers were just from his first attempt and he was just saying that to puff our egos. But it wasn’t pulling and tracked well so maybe!)

The bracket helped a lot!
I am still considering an adjustable track bar.
I have that persistent low-speed creak and have not 100% ruled out the track bar bushings.
It might still be unhappy just enough, even with the bracket.

My persistent low-speed creak turned out to be cause I didn't grease the "zerks" on the trailing links.....not sure if you have aftermarket ones. Another buddy of mine has creaks cause of the UCA ball joint type he has on. Joints and links with zerk fittings are more maintenance-oriented, but they are also whisper quiet.

yip! It was smashing the shit out of the links under full articulation, so they suggested turning them around, not knowing if that was possible or not. (The tabs were already bent from being installed correctly)

And that was about as much as they really cared about the issue. So I’ll just cut up everything and bust out the welder to do my own thing. I get that they can’t try to make their system accommodate every aftermarket system out there, but it just seems like companies are rushing to get stuff out the door rather than thinking “hey, ya know what? That four link has been out for awhile now. We even know the owner. Should we call him and see how much more the axle is articulating, just in case?”

We deleted the front. But the RJ should be a good upgrade over stock.

This is a prime example of the main issue with doing mods on the Bronco platform. Each of the manufacturers are working with their own components and very little cross MFG testing is being done... Well, except by us users. There are some really great components out there, but when mixed with certain other components turn in to a nice big failure...

Hopefully you can mod the mount up to your own satisfaction and application.

So, got an "offer I couldn't refuse" from a friend and got these 2nd hand.....Coming from The Sasquatch w/ Eibach Pro Lift Kit setup for almost 2 years. The KINGs are really amazing shocks. And If I had to do this all over again - I still would have gone the Eibach Spring route. That setup is just SO GOOD for $450. It's such a great upgrade and has performed so well for me. I'm still tweaking my KINGs of course and fiddling with tire pressure and adjuster "clicks." Also finalizing ride height next week. Thus far I am happy with 34psi cold on my Toyo Open Country M/T 35s. 11 clicks Front and 9 clicks Rear (from full soft) - for the street. Unless I am on a much faster trail or have a full compliment of passengers, I will not be adjusting them for the regular trails I run and just lower my tire pressure. And wow.....they DO shine the faster you go!!!

Hey all Figured I would give you an updated pic after we raised her approx. 1/2 inch. At first I thought maybe a tad high but I love how she sits now (still on my 35s). I have the settings finalized and she rides so perfect, not only on dirt but also on the street
