I am going to suggest that Popo is correct.... He has a lot of experience with these. Track bar relocation and proper alignment.... And yes the numbers "looked okay"... go to a proper 4x4 shop that has experience.

Camber is WAY off. I’m not sure if there’s enough adjustment available to correct that much negative camber.Pic of the front end below. Adding 3" off of a Badlands and I didn't take the printout, just saw the shop screen. As rudimentary as it is, I used the level on my phone on the centerline of each tire. Looks like the passengers side is near perfect and I'm at about 1.8 degrees of negative camber on the drivers side.
I should add for context that I'm living in an apartment right now and have zero access to any of my tools, so I'm at the mercy of a shop. Local place here in MD did the work and I went to them on my buddy's recommendation who has a Raptor on 37s with Fox's.

I’m going to go with alignment on this one. Something looks off in the photos. It also doesn’t look anywhere near 3” of lift so that’s good.Pic of the front end below. I had a similar issue (not quite as bad as yours sounds) Track bar relocate bracket and an alignment took care of it. I’m in Maryland and the shop I used for the alignment know what they are doing with these Broncos. Mine (Badsquatchman 2.5” lift) is straight as an arrow now. Send me a message if you need the name of the shop.Hey folks,
I just had King 2.5s installed on top of the RPG Stage 3 kit I already had...3 inches of lift. I'm having some gnarly bump steering issues and I could use a hand troubleshooting. Here's how the geometry looks for rear and front.

Alignment looked good on the printout. I'm slowly digging through the forums here to see how various guys fixed their issues. If any experts here have good ideas, love to hear them.
So I just got done getting an alignment at a dealer and that solved 95% of the issues. The numbers the suspension installer showed me didnt match what the dealership printed out...my alignment was all jacked up. Good to know about the RPG issues on the Gen 1 though, my coworker has a G1 and is looking to put some of their parts on. I'll let him knowRegarding the camber, the front suspension will likely have to be torn down to bring the upper arms out. The lower will probably not be able to account for it. I've ran into the same issue on my gen 1 raptor with rpg uppers. If I knew this from the start I never would have bought their arms and I would have gotten ones that are adjustable on the vehicle
