FE black interior- having a hard time justifying $65k, the leather is awful, further delays, no numbered badges.

I’m shopping defenders again ands it’s because of Ford.

Navy pier is where it’s at! The leather quality was never gonna be great. I’m pretty sure it’s mostly vinyl anyway with tiny scraps of hide thrown in here and there

The original poster said the leather snapped back into place, whatever it was that caused it to look that way on the side. Also said it wasn't as saggy as some have hypothesized from the pictures. I'm not going to let a few interpretations of some pictures derail my lust for something I've longed for years to finally get.

Anyone planning to add the tow package and roof racks? Or has anyone done any deep diving into parts required to make them happen? I really hope the wiring is there for the tow kit.

I plan on adding the tow package. But I don’t want it for actual towing, just like bike racks or cargo carriers. So I don’t need the wiring, but would consider having all that hooked up if it’s prewired in some way

That is what I’ve been hearing…but I also heard that the past two weeks as well so…

I’m pretty much just going to assume I’ll get my FE delivered as an x-mas present. I need to stop obsessing over this so much…too much disappointment after each week that goes by where I don’t receive a scheduling email.

Granger confirmed in another thread recently that they are scheduling for the week of August 23rd this week…so some emails should be coming out this week….unless things change again…
