I don't look at it as a downgrade if Navy interior is only FE option. In my eyes a fully loaded Wildtrak with Brown/Ebony is a upgrade, Lol. Customer servce told me can not switch on a FE, only other models. But have heard from others that we can. I ended up reserving a WildTrak a few days ago just in case they won't let us switch. I'm willing to wait a few more months to get a Wildtrak with Ebony/Brown if not offered on FE.
Lol. You’re right. Downgrade in price only I guess. I’ll probably switch to Badlands or Black Diamond if this is indeed the only interior option available.

Is it too late to throw in a reservation for something else?

ive literally tweeted at Mike every single day. He’s responded to other people’s questions (some referenced in other threads). I’m going to continue to do so until we have an answer

People on this forum are saying you can change it to a different model when the purchasing opens up.

Another reason to switch to Wildtrak is alot more color choices. Looks like they just added Kodiak Brown to the Sport model, pretty sure they'll be adding it to our lineup. I was stuck on Cactus Gray but thinking the Kodiak brown will have a nice Heritage look to it.

I hope some intern at Ford is playing games and left out the other FE interior options.

Wild track might be the best move

It’s impressive how much of a distaste people have for the navy interior (myself included).
I really hope Ford is receptive to what their paying customers want.

The navy looks like a United Airlines seat. I don’t want to think of United Airlines every time I get in my Ford Bronco. I want to think Bronco and adventure.

Please Ford. Do not let this be the United Airlines Edition.

So I’m curious to know what you guys think... I reserved a first edition. Given they only allowed 3500 do you guys suspect this will be something special or unique in years to come or is this more of just a gimmick thing? I’m on the fence on my opinion... 60k is a lot of a vehicle.
When the gladiator came out, they had the launch edition... There is nothing special about them now.
I'd say only go for the FE if you want everything in the FE, not because its only 3500 of them.

Never to late. I reserved a Wildtrak a few days ago and believe it will only bump me out a few months. I think the bulk of the reservations came in the first two days and has steadly slow down. If we can switch are FE great. But if not a $100 refundable deposit is a excellent safety net and well worth it.

Ive been thinking about it all morning. If Im not getting an FE I may as well just wait til August and get a 2022 in Velocity Blue. ?

The only thing special on a FE is supposed to be the interior and Sway bar disconect. As far as I could tell a Badlands or Wildtrak will get you very close. Wildtrak will be close enough for me and I won't have to own a "special" Blue interior.

You might have to wait until August 2021 to get the 2022. Personally I don't think I can hold out that long.
