One thing I am curious about on the 'limited' exterior options is why not offer carbonized gray (or even black) for the First Edition?

My initial thought was that perhaps the 'unique interior' wouldn't match those exterior colors -- but im now changing course and i think it's this:

the "graphics" package is probably a similar color to the carbonized / black and it wouldnt make the "graphics" pop?

what do you guys think?
Wait. Do we know what exterior colors are allowed on the First Edition? And they don't include black or carbonized gray? Can anyone link? Or was that shown in the Options Code post?

When the gladiator came out, they had the launch edition... There is nothing special about them now.
I'd say only go for the FE if you want everything in the FE, not because its only 3500 of them.

badlands is the closest surrogate, You can add leather, and probably carpet to a badlands. you cannot add the suspension bits to a wildtrak I dont think.
Right now the Badlands is my back-up. August the builder will launch and I will be able to cost one vs. the other. As much as I like the idea of a limited edition, I really choose the FE because it came with all the things I probably would add anyway. I want to love this Bronco, so if I don't love the interior, which is 50% of the look, it is off to the Badlands!

If the Badlands costs more than the First Edition, will probably have to keep my reservation and get seat covers.
Kind of sad if we have to put seat covers on a brand new car! I can just see the conversation at the trail head:
Jeep Owner - "Is that the new Bronco?"
Me - "Yes!"
Jeep Owner - "Are those seat covers on there to protect your nice interior you paid $70K for?"
Me - "No, it is to hide this..."
Lift the seat cover and show Navy Pier Interior.
Jeep Owner - "You are an idiot. Why would you pay $70K for that?"
:p

has anyone ever done custom interior? i wonder how much additional itll be to get that fancy "one off" interior in there...

its just aggravating.. i have a loaded golf cart that i was able to pick out every freakin piece / color in... i should at least have more than puke blue as an option for interior.

Folks this might be a good thing. With double the number of FE's they'll need to double the interior orders. And just maybe double the interior color option. Honestly If they add Brown/Ebony leather I could careless how many they produce. Unless your going to park it in the garage and never drive it , the FE's will depreciate like any other vehicle.
Agree with what someone already stated. They took to many deposits on the FE.'s or dealers were complaining that they didn't have any for their showroom floor. And the extra 3500 might be getting allocated to the dealers. Imagine how pissed off buyers would be if they received a email saying they were over reserved and you can no longer get one.
I already sent an email. Still no reply. Not that I expected one...

I would take a black interior over a blue interior!

I reserved a 2dr FE but the more I look at it I am liking the look, plus bigger gas tank.

As we wait for Ford to "Ease our pain", there is always the custom leather route, regardless of which trim you choose.

So, based on someone else recommending Katzlin and asked them "What is roughy the cost you would charge for changing out the interior on a 2021 Bronco Four-Door First Edition. Melanie quickly replied that it would be APPROXIMATELY $1595 for a single color and $1895 for a CUSTOM interior. They even can do embossing or stitching of logos. Food for thought...
