One guy says it’s a plastic rivet, one guy says it’s a plastic cap. I’m specifically talking about @migsby_carmichael and the picture they posted, not necessarily what you’ve seen done in the past. I’m just trying to help that guy the damn eyesore off his FE! What ever it is, it doesn’t look like plastic if you look at the picture closely.

I picked up mine on Thursday. The one thing I asked was that they do not install the license plate frame. They did it anyway. I guess the salesman told the PDI guy, but he either didn't listen or forgot. Maybe I'll try BumperPlugs.com, after I figure out an alternative license plate frame.

Dude I swear. If this happens to me I’ll be livid. I’ll be telling the salesman daily once delivery is under way. That sucks man.

Oh boy..
I went to go check on my FE Bronco. The Pizza Tracker is still "shipped" but now, the View Window Sticker link brings up the "has not yet been released" thing instead of the sticker like it did yesterday. Hopefully, its just Ford's sites acting up, but.. anyone else running into this today?

After looking at this photo I guess we don't know exactly what they did in this install. The license plate bracket just mounts directly into the body of the Bronco. I watched a dealership use a drill and put screws straight in. Another dealer might decide to use plastic rivets. I can't tell exactly what this is, but probably best to get a look at it from behind if possible to determine the best course of action to remove.

Right now when I try to use the pizza tracker it pulls up someone else’s F-150 build, so 🤷‍♂️. This is from clicking the link in the scheduled for build email. I’ve cleared my cache and manually entered my VIN but it won’t load my data. The tracker has been finicky all week.

That looks like anodized aluminum to me, rivet or blind nut.

Hey rgwinn, My son was driving home from work today (10/15) and saw a RR 4 door Bronco with a hard top on a transport traveling South on I5. That's the same model/color I have on order - I called Canby Ford and they are not expecting my delivery until next week. Maybe my son saw your Bronco? If so, Cheers!
I checked the Ford tracking system this AM and my Bronco showed delivered - guess the Bronco my son saw on the transport was mine after all! Made a quick run to the dealer for a proof of life photo...

Considering the fact that we’ll all have unicorns (somewhat), what’s the prevailing thought around moving or removing the FE badge for the heritage badge?

I know it’s mine, but I also don’t want to make a huge mistake by relocating it.

Is there a source for replacement badges?

IMO, the only thing that makes it a unicorn is the MY21 - I have an appointment to get my bronco wrapped with clear vinyl so the badges and FE stripes are coming off anyway.

I was also struggling with the same thought, but I really love the look of the vintage bronco emblem, so I went ahead and removed the FE stickers, and just stuck them on an old cd case to save just in case I want to reapply later down the road.

The vintage emblem looks great - did you buy the gloss or flat black emblem?
