First trip to the dealer...I'm an idiot.

Last Friday I started getting a noise when braking, this turned into a consistent squeal at low speeds. The thought crosses my mind that it might be a rock. My Bronco has never been off-road except my gravel driveway, so I thought no way. I almost pulled the wheel over the weekend but had already set up an appointment for Monday morning and saud screw it. Drop it off at 8am today and get a call at 3:30pm that it is ready for pickup. There was a small rock stuck...damn it! But I know my service advisor personally and she only charged me $48. I also had them look at the air bag cover, they agreed its splitting and a new one is on the way.

Overall I'm very happy, but feeling like a real idiot that I didn't pull the tire and investigate myself.

21, 2.7, Sasquatch with 4,575 miles. Otherwise zero issues.

It was worth it for the airbag defect, if nothing else.

Definitely not enough room inside the 2dr for that rock... pretty clever, but I wouldn't have tried stuffing it in there.

Note to self … if you have a gravel driveway then there is a good chance that brake squeal could be from a rock stuck in your brakes.

Did a little double-take on the first pic due to wheel color.

Black wheels were played out in the early 2000's (Time Attack!, Murdered out, wait just cheap black hubcaps) yet here we are over a decade later where they are the "upgrade" option. Makes no sense. The silver looks great!
