Well, the dealer should take care of those for free but if you already brought the car back home then depending how deep the scratch is. I've had success using turtle wax scratch liquid in the past on my previous car so you can give it a shot. Again, not sure how deep those scratches are so turtle may or may not help. You can also buy a tube of touch up paint of that specific color (Typically, you can find them on ebay for like 10 bucks)

I agree, pre-delivery damage is the dealers responsibility to correct. If you accepted the vehicle "As-Is", with no documentation about them fixing the scratches, you may be the one paying for the repair. If you wet the scratches and they go away--it's just in the clear coat and can be buffed out, if the scratch doesn't go away when you wet it...its into the primer, and will need to be wet sanded or repainted to get rid of them.

I don't think they're deep, look fine that's a bit zoomed in. Took it as is, already signed and left when I noticed. It's going in for service in 2 weeks for the synchro noise I'll check with them then if it's not buffable

Mine also has synchro noise! Yesterday was the third timeI heard it. Keep me posted if they'll end up changing a speaker or if it's a bigger issue.

Those scratches look DEEP! I had a deep scratch on my hood at delivery that the dealer agreed to repair and I am still not happy with the repair as it appears to be "overbuffed and pink". I will be going back for a 3rd attempt to fix....

Other than contacting the dealership you received it from, you could try to find the exact paint in a small size and touch it up yourself. There are also some products like Formula 1 Scratch Out that can help you buff out and polish up those scratches.

You're going to want to pick up some touch up paint, or have that friend work some magic. Those aren't scratches, those are gouges:

That's the primer showing through there, and will need paint back on it asap
