Holy crap, so it wasn't just me lol. I had this same issue and you're right, there was nothing stating this. Everything is installed now and it's pretty loud. I'm still debating if I like it or not, the constant shifting is kind of annoying but it does have a nice deep rumble.

just put mine on, sounds great! Had to cut off right bracket though. The OEM welded the nuts

I didn’t have to cut my brackets off I just put the bracket that Flowmaster gave me right on top of that bracket works fine just leave that bracket alone

I have the axle back twin pipes, sounds very good and very deep at idle. Just a little to too loud when I’m getting on the freeway, it’s for sale I’m in Southern California $225.

It’s loud inside the vehicle on a 2.7 soft top. I go back and forth on keeping it. I’ve got a box of killmat and will try that. If it doesn’t get down below 74db at the wheel on my Apple Watch at highway. It’s coming off.

Yeah I still have it on. I ended up chopping the tips off since they kept getting hung up on rocks. I like it but not gonna lie, it can be obnoxious when you get on it also there is drone around 70mph on cruise control..
