Ford Bronco Warn Winch Kit modification questions

Has anyone modified the Ford Bronco Warn winch kit to mount a 2inch receiver? I ordered the kit when they dropped the price & I go to pick it up today. I would like to mount the actual winch on a winch cradle/carrier that slides into a 2inch receiver so I can move it from front to rear as needed via a power quick connect cable. I had this setup on an F250 I owned previously and really liked the flexibility it offered. I have not seen any front bumpers for the Bronco that includes a receiver, but it looks like I might be able to add one to this factory kit if I can find the right parts. Any thoughts?

Any DIY mods I've seen on here also involve starting with a winch plate or building a plate or bar to span across and attach to frame mounts.

Shrek27-Thanks! Something like that should work, I just don’t know if it’ll handle the stress of the winch when it’s actually being used. Xrack doesn’t provide a lot of info on this part on their website. Guess I can email them. I was hoping to find some kind of flat mount option for the winch plate. I figure using a receiver & winch cradle will solve the ACC & front camera issues with hard mounting the winch. I’ll still have to move the inside parking sensors.

I agree, not sure how adding that extra leverage would be. The frame horns are already weak enough and most reinforce them for any winch.
The kit you picked up is a great deal even just for the winch. There are several options out there that accommodate for the ACC and sensors with the winch plates (IAG Heavy Duty/BuckleUp clone is one of them). I'm sure you could sell the Ford winch plate on here to someone without ACC/sensors.
