Ford OEM Side steps/tube steps Question

Any idea how to hide this area under the doors? My rock rails covers them now but if I swap to the OEM side steps, they will show up pretty good. Some of the Broncos I've seen, this area is badly painted.

Would all side steps show this part or just the OEM?

My apologies, this is another member's Bronco that they posted as an example.
