Finally after nearly 2 years (placed reservation 2nd Aug 2020) I received my Cactus Gray Badlands last Monday 20th June. Love it and I suppose well worth the wait (hey I am 75 years old....no guarantees at this point could wait much longer)! May question for those in the same time frame: Where we promised a certain amount of Ford points? I tried to find the email from the past. Anyone know for sure the amount we were promised? Much appreciated!

71 here but it is just a number at this point.
I received 42,000 points with the purchase & 20,000 bonus for early reservationists. Note that the dealer had to initiate the 20,000 on their end.

It may show up later though. Mine didn’t show up for a few weeks.

I'd press your Dealer. Mine NEVER got loaded into my account. Took talking with Ford, who confirmed they were in que, but had to be processed by the selling Dealer. I had to walk the Dealer through the process, which was a simple click of the mouse. BTW: Congratulations on your New Toy. You're never too old to have a Happy Childhood!

If you got the emails, your points should already be associated with your Fordpass Rewards account. The dealer has to "release" the points in their system for them to pass into your account. My dealer told me they couldn't do anything and to call Fordpass.

Fordpass told me that the points were allocated but only the dealer could release them. When I told the Fordpass rep that the dealer already told me that they couldn't do anything, she assured me they could and to have the dealer call Fordpass when I was there and they would walk them through it.

Back at the dealer, I relayed the info and they went into their system (apparently for the very first time) and were surprised to see that my points were clearly awaiting their action. A couple of clicks and they were released and I can see them in my account. My dealer was totally clueless about the whole reservation, and build tracking process and everyone there had "not my job" attitude.
Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them.

I did not have to do anything. Had 42000 points loaded to my Ford account about a week after taking delivery.
