My price was exactly what the build tool said, plus:

Sales tax at 7.3% (state, county, city).
License and Registration.
Dealers BS "doc fee" of $498. (no state limit on this, so $499 is pretty much what everyone charges to to 8 minutes of work)

Edit to add: A/Z/X plan (X not available on Bronco), limits dealerships Doc fee to something like $75, so depending on your state, just the doc fee savings is quite a bit.

A DORA is a dealer order receipt acknowledgement
It will have msrp prices and Axz plan pricing

Ford extended warranty is available at all Ford dealers
But
Pricing is set by dealers
Granger Ford is in Iowa
You can find them online under Ford extended warranty
You can use their plan tool to get pricing and plan that suits you

I promise I tried to search for this before this post as I am sure this has been discussed, but I could not find anything.

How large of a difference was the all-in cost vs the price you see on the Ford site after building your perfect build.

Example: I built an Outerbanks/Lux/Hardtop/2.7L with some accessories and the total shows $59,905. How much more should I expect to be added in dealership fees, delivery fees, tax (Im from Ohio), etc?

I also have A/Z planning if anyone has experience with that.

Look at your state laws. Example Oregon allows a dealer to charge up to $150 for document fees which includes the DMV application for title and registration.

Im in Toledo, so I am close enough that it could definitely be worth it.

What is a DORA?
Would the warranty from granger be additional. Does Ford not have a warranty themselves?

the DORA is the Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement form..basically a recap of what you ordered. It also contains the Dealer number, your order code, pricing (MSRP only). A/Z plan pricing won't be available until the factory invoices it, but the dealer may be able to give you an approximate..so they likely won't give you a, to the penny, out the door price--to many variables to calculate.

Yes the Granger Warranty is extra--they sell Ford Extended Warranties, but discounted more heavily than other dealers.

The max "Doc Fee" that you can be charged on an A/Z Plan purchase is currently $75.00.

The MSRP on Ford's build & price is correct. Of course it doesn't include dealer discounts, ADM, taxes & insurance.
