FordPass Missing Features for 2022 Bronco?

Anyone else feel like they're missing features in FordPass? My Bronco has the Lux Pkg and I don't have access to zone Lighting in the app, plus Alexa says the 2022 Bronco isn't supported for the Alexa skill to turn on the vehicle (my gf's EcoSport has this so I'm confused). Remote start works, but I needed to troubleshoot with technical help to get it to work and at some point they said my vehicle didn't have a modem even though it does. I wonder if there's some provisioning data missing that's causing these issues?

No update, and I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app last week for good measure.

Yeah I only have wifi hotspot, software updates and vehicle hotspot showing up

I would call Ford Customer Support and see if they can help.

Yeah, Customer support had me do that when my remote start didn’t work.
I might check the battery terminals tomorrow, a YouTuber had issues with his Bronco and he noticed some of the connectors were loose and it fixed some of those issues

Well I didn’t want to but I master reset my vehicle and it seems to have fixed my issue! If anyone has the same issue try a master reset

Edit* The fix worked for the missing Zone Lighting, the Alexa skill still doesn't work
