I mean I get it- this is one of the few times where you can sell a new vehicle for more than you paid (other than rare editions). But I could never get myself to even consider asking a price like this. My brain wouldn’t allow it.
I’ve bought and sold many guitars and drums and usually do well, but have never asked absurd prices. And then to have the audacity to talk about floor mats as if they add incredible value to the deal.
Anyway, it’s a free country- they can ask for whatever they want for it. I can ridicule them for it too!

I think we should bombard her with low ball quotes and obscure questions. She hasn't rejected my offer yet, so fingers crossed! If she does, I'm going to double it to $2

That is egregious. I saw a dealer add saying "This 2021 Bronco just dropped in price! $1,700.00" They dropped said Cactus Gray Badlands 4d 2.3l from $77,255.00 to $75,555.00. Which was originally $76k
