I thought these were assigned to a specific VIN# when sold. Can it be installed on another bronco?

They are all generic when sold - they don’t lock in until someone connects them up. I don’t even think they are vehicle specific despite being sold under different SKUs - I think the voucher code tells it which tune to download and install for a specific engine.

So it would be fine as long as the box isn’t opened, or you trust the seller never hooked it up and used the voucher (which would be immediately apparent once you connect it)

@Brian_B is correct; the tune is what ties the VIN once it is registered with the voucher. I have not used the voucher.
