Genesis dual battery install and impression...feedback wanted

Finally got around to installing my Christmas present...any and all feedback is welcome...I am not an expert by any means.

The good:
Looks cool and I really want to love it
Awesome stickers
I got it to fit despite my husband's doubts
No fire yet
No electrical anomalies yet

The (not so great): Besides the new Omega system that came out right after I finished
A LOT of trouble fitting the cranking battery negative! The space was impossibly limited, and I am still not comfortable with how its attached currently.
After I got everything installed, I discovered the post was loose on the positive busbar (too late now it's my daily driver)
Factory positive clamp does not sit flush on new system and does not seem to tighten down enough
Booster on auto but always makes click sound

I uploaded some pictures...tell me what I can do better...

Your negative looks fine to me if you’re talking about the OEM negative. If you’re talking the other negative side where your cable looks twisted, I think you can loosen and change the orientation of the clamp bolt to eliminate the twist - mine is more smoothly bending but I did the bolt reorientation he suggests in the video.

I think the clicking on auto mode is it behaving as expected - choosing when to join and when not to, but I could be wrong. That’s what mine does.

I thought the hardest part was fitting the first battery up against the front frame support and the fuse box. I could not get further over making it really hard to get the second battery in and the clamp bolts tightened—ended up loosening my cvf charge pipes and all that. Unfortunately my pipe touches the battery and I can’t find a way for it to not touch, but at least it’s touching at the silicone elbow.

Hey Steph,
It all looks pretty good from what I can see in the pictures.
The click sound is the smart battery combiner connecting the batteries when the voltage rises above 13.1, and then disconnecting the batteries when the voltage drops below 12.7. It is normal to hear a nice solid mechanical click sound.

I finally got to installing this. I modified the tray (its too big for dual odyessy batteries), trimmed some plastic wire harness housing by the fuse box, and cut the plastic lower lip off the batteries where they face each other. All of this created clearance from the engine pipes, air conditioning pipes, allowed the batteries to sit next to each other without a gap, and shifted everything closer to the fender... Overall I have 1/4" clearance from everything.
