Hi All,

I have a 2021 Badlands that has always had a small gap between the grille and fender. I recently purchased a new (aftermarket) Badlands grille hoping the gap would be eliminated however, its still present (maybe slightly larger).

Does anyone have any solutions to get rid of this gap? Thanks in advance

There's no door gaps. In fact, there's virtually no other issues with my rig. Just always noticed the small gap between the fender and grille

Wonder if something on the grill is not seated all the way...
That was my thinking as well but I took the stock Badlands grille off yesterday and installed the new one and the gap appears slightly larger

I tried pushing it in softly and hard, lol. I guess the only thing to try is removing it again today and seeing if there's something preventing it from seating all the way

My grill has the same gap, I figured it was intentional because it's the same on both sides

My Big Bend did not originally have any gap, but I just swapped to an aftermarket gloss black (Wildtrack/Badlands style) it now does. Oh well, at least it's even on both sides - but if anyone has a fix to adjust then I'd be glad to hear.

I even exchanged grilles thinking the aftermarket grille was defective, but nope it's something to do with my truck. Would you be able to share a pic up close? I swapped to an aftermarket gloss back grill like yours and saw the gap widen substantially. I'm planning to drop my Badlands grill off to get painted gloss black if I can't find a solution with the current grille.

Thanks for the pic. You might consider returning for a full refund. No way there should be that large of a gap especially if your original grille didn't have on to begin with. Just my 2cents

BTW - It's much less noticeable in person, believe it or not.

I did! Then I bought from a different vendor with same results. I imagine if I were to try even a factory grille it would be the same as yours. I think the difference is Big Bend vs. Badlands grills but not sure why others have not had similar issues...
I purchased the black Badlands/Wildtrak grille from Forbes Auto on ebay. I suspect the OEM grilles direct from Ford will fit close to perfect but they were on backorder when I checked the other day. I'm gonna try and return the ebay purchased grille and have my Badlands grille painted after seeing that yours is also having fitment issues.

I had a very small (but normal) gap on my original Badlands grille but nothing like what we are seeing with both of these aftermarket ones.

I have same gap except I didnt think anything of it. Same gap bilaterally. Also changed grills with no change. Doesnt bother me. Not sure if it should. Looks fine. If it was different on either side it would bother me but its not.
