I already received mine from FedEx today……it was a Framed 8x11 commemorative section of MIC top signed by Mr. Levine himself, with the hand inscribed motivational words “Stay Pumped” in gold ink.

My section was of the early light gray variety and showed signs of honeycombing and delamination…….so I assume it’s authentic.

I don't believe you. The delaminating pieces are reserved for production runs. Maybe they are sending us "hard top improvement" packages, in the form of a bucket of resin.
