edit: afterthought... how classic would it be for this launch if whoever was in charge of getting all this underway accidently entered the weight wrong (causing the pending item) and then redid it with the right weight, and now they are just trying to figure out what to do since it's already in the system

I might opine that they contracted with Ford to send the better one and got the lesser quality ones from their supplier, then sent it out. Whether they intentionally ordered the presumably cheaper hammock and pocketed some extra profit or were not competent enough to verify what they were having drop shipped out, or perhaps a combination therein, is not clear. If it is the card that was correct instead of the hammock.The "missing" carabiner mystery may have been solved....

When you compare the enclosed card to the tag on the hammock, it becomes obvious that this hammock wasn't the original one for which the card was written.
Different materials, different weight ratings, and if you convert feet to centimeters, the one in the package is 10 cm more narrow that what's listed on the card.
It seems obvious that Ten10 didn't update to card to reflect what they were shipping to us.
So whatever the ORIGINAL gift hsmmock was supposed to be, it came with an extra carabiner to hook thd hammock to the Molle straps on the back of your seats.
