Thank you for doing this Ducati1098 and others. Posting the PDF is a great bonus for myself as sure as I imagine it is for others down the road. I do have 1 question unrelated to this thread; Have you ever seen a Hood Alignment Procedure. My 24 Everglades has a serious vibration problem on the driver side only. Sorry to bring it up here.

You probably just need to adjust the rubber hood stoppers, but I attached the whole hood alignment procedure.

You are a STUD!!!
I have tried so many things , the first of which is the stoppers. When the air gets under the hood it can raise up to 5/8". When I pass a semi going in the opposite direction on a two-lane road, I fear for a fold over. My dealer said they couldn't fix the problem. I have added extra weather stripping along the entire width of the front and also at a 45° on the driver's side matching the air intake stripping on the passenger side.

No problem.
You have to remember, it’s a light weight aluminum hood. It’s going to move around a lot with wind, they just all do that.

The R&R of the hood latch is split up into a bunch of different pages and sections. Because in order to remove it completely, the grille, headlights, front bumper and active grille shutters all have to be removed. You’re better off finding a YouTube video since a lot of this is commonly removed for modifications.
Plus there’s very likely an easier way to do it than what the workshop manual shows.
