Is it normal for the back edge of the panels to sit slightly higher than the front edge of the panel behind it? I have this with both the front panels and the mid panel. I do get a small amount of wind noise from behind me I have been unable to pinpoint so far. Just looking for opinions, I don't have any experience with these broncos.

That looks pretty normal IMO. When re-installing jig the panels a bit to make sure they are properly seated before latching. I also wipe down all the seals with silicone spray prior to installing.

Past 2dr MIC top and my 4dr MIC both had/have the same alignment look. As PWillette stated, I too think that looks pretty normal. Unless you’re getting water intrusion or excessive wind I think it’s pretty normal. Not sure if MIC/Painted align the same or not though.

Mine does that. I think every one I've seen has done that. I want to say it's intentional, but that seam is where I get most of my wind noise, soooo...

2DR owner, never taken my roof off, and my front panels sit slightly higher (like 1/8th inch) than the rear clamshell.

Thanks for the input everyone. I'll try cleaning the weather stripping and putting some conditioner on it to see it that helps. There is a little dust buildup in there I noticed. I wasn't sure if this was normal or misaligned, coming from a JL Wrangler where the hardtop panels are pretty flush with each other this just looked a little suspect. Thanks!
