Hey everyone,

need some advice here. This seam gasket doesn’t look quite right and this is the first time I put the front two top panels on again. It seems to clip in and seal correctly, but this gasket keeps sticking up. There is no adhesive residue or rips and I have no idea why, is this a defect or did I do something wrong? Thanks for any advice!

Ford Bronco Hard top question with photos 20220515_072500

Mine is pretty much looking like yours. It's the end of a large gasket and its basically not supported or attached right at the end there.

It bugs me a little. I've had the roof panels off a bunch of times and always watch out to not catch that end on something or to leave the panel pressing on the gasket awkwardly.

It seems water will get into the top area of the panels easier now. But its flowing into the drain channels and ive had zero leaks so far.

Maybe a small dab of superglue in a strategic spot would help hold it down better?

Mine does it on the front. No issues with it so far leak or noise wise.

Basically same as what mine is doing. As long as it doesn’t leak I don’t care. I just was hoping I didn’t break anything

Looks like you have a MIC color matching issue.
Yup, I did not realize until a week into ownership. I am still debatng whether to get the hard top wrapped to Black or go to dealer and get the middle part color matched.

Happy to report no leaks, likely just the way it is.
