I am looking for some advice. I will be switching my hard top for a softop and will be storing the hard top in my basement for the first time. Will the large back piece be ok sitting on a pallet? Is there any risk of it warping if it's been sitting for a few months?

Yes, the back piece will be fine on a pallet, but you must store it resting completely flat on the bottom edges. The major risks are cracking the bottom edges by resting it on the locator pins or warping the fiberglass shell over time.

Thank you. So as long as I make room for the locator pins to go through the pallet and it's sitting in the edges then I should be fine?

I would get or make a pallet and drill 4 holes spaced exactly like the locator holes in the Bronco and set it on that.

The few times I've taken mine off I just suspend it above the hood on (2) 2x4's. Side note, it's been a long time since the garage was this clean & probably the Bronco as well 🤠
