Help on tracking rail please

I used the CSX Tracking for the entire journey. They provide name of the city and arrival time.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

according to CSX the rail car sitting in Richmond California so I imagine New Bronco is just waiting for a truck here there’s a shortage of truckers out here or nationwide….hell I got my CDL class today I’ll go get it!!!

Last week when I talked to Ford Chat they gave me a rail number TTGX something, but I forgot to save it and now when I contact Ford Chat they say they don't see a rail number. Now Ford Chat keeps telling me that my Bronco has been sitting in Illinois since 10/4 with no movement so I'm really confused. My salesman is on Vacation so I can't contact him for a few days.

United Road shows a "Load Number" but I'm not sure what that means.

Blue Island, Illinois is a major railway interchange node, and many railcars switch carriers or "roads" there. There are horror stories of freight getting lost or ignored there for weeks.

My rig is just now leaving MAP via CSX, arriving Blue Island on Friday, where the railcar will switch to BNSF. Hopefully in my lifetime...

Called the ford # this afternoon and as of 10/19/22 @ 3 AM, it was received in San Antonio, TX. I hope this is true because this is where my dealer transports by truck. I'll know more tomorrow as I'm waiting on the dealer to confirm the location.

Just a question, the last update from CSX is loaded at Garrett, IN, scheduled for delivery to Gibson IN on 15th. Is this the right route to CA?

CSX doesn’t go west of the Mississippi. It has to get transferred to either BNSF or UP so yes it’s probably going the correct direction to get to one of those other lines.

Ok hopefully, just one thing, can i track the UP or BNSF via the same rail number that i have or i have to get a new one?

Same rail car and same phone number — I tracked mine all the way to San Francisco using the same rail car and tracking phone number

Try calling one of the other rail companies as well. Even though mine was on UP to CA, CSX would provide greater detail on interim location until it actually arrived at the destination.

Mine actually tells the same thing origin ramp wayne michigan, is everything on right track to california? I just wanna make sure it will come to CA
