Hey Team!

Having some issues with my 2024 Wildtrak and I’m hoping for some solid feedback here.

I purchased this vehicle brand new and have just over 18k miles.

Last year, I was alerted to a powertrain malfunction and my Bronco was in the shop for over a week getting fixed.

Yesterday, the same malfunction happened and my dealer can’t get me in until 9/22.

They also don’t have any loaners until 9/22, so I’m not quite sure what to do here……do I drive in “safe mode?” Or will this cause further problems?

I called corporate today, but they weren’t very helpful.

Open to any suggestions on how I should handle this.

On a separate note, I’m pretty concerned and rather pissed off about this. Two powertrain malfunctions and one leaking Fox suspension in 2 years of ownership.

For a new vehicle, in this price range, I was not expecting these kinds of issues. I’ve owned many cars over the years and I’m honestly pretty disappointed. How should I feel as a consumer who dropped $67k on a brand new Bronco two years ago?

What was the issue the first time and what’s the DTC code this time?

If it makes you feel better, my Raptor had a shock blow a seal after sitting in garage for 5 days. Came out to a puddle of bluish green fluid on garage floor. Also had multiple 4x4/Powertrain faults that was traced to battery failing load test. As well as MIC replacement due to cracking. I just accepted it as luck of the draw. Hopefully they get you fixed up quickly.

That’s exactly what happened to me w/ my Fox suspension. Puddle of bluish green fluid on the garage floor.

The luck of the draw indeed….

Go to an AutoZone (or other similar parts store) and get them to read the codes. Also get them to check your battery. All the codes come from a voltage reading. If the battery is not right the germlins come out.
