You are referring to the standard 2023 MY Heritage Edition 2 door, of course . . . um, right? I doubt Ford planned for it to be so.
Regarding the Heritage Edition Limited, I agree with you, but I imagine Ford hasn't any idea right now what total 2023 production will end up at. Perhaps they'll offer some sort of commemorative once the production run nears completion @FordBot.

Haven’t seen a single regular heritage edition in entire province of BC , online , dealer lots and websites and on the road etc . Bought mine in Aug and prior to it there were many limited editions available but not my cup of tea,I put a deposit down 30 mins after my heritage hit marketplace Facebook , looked at it that same night on dealer lot when it was closed , Had to have it , had a cheque waiting for dealer when doors opened the next morning, salesman said smart to do that deposit right away , He had thousands of hits and hundreds of inquiries within 4 hrs of it being posted , no ADM

Where are you at ? and who did you get it from ?
We were in Osoyoos for a few days in Aug.

I'd say quite a bit less than that. We were always estimated at 3-4% of production but didn't start in April as planned, when they did finally start there were loads of delays and then were disrupted during the strike then all the order cancellations for the two doors.

I think that 500 is a generous estimate.
Based on the range of VINs reported here of the various statuses, and an informal survey of on-line dealer listings, I'll take the under on 350 HE and HEL 2 doors produced in MY2023.
I expect the number of 2023 HE + HEL 4 doors produced will be in the 2000-3000 range.

I think the HE 2 Door volume is very low. Of the 2 door models submitted by the users on this forum the VIN Ranges are from 046 to 0224. Using the Ford Window Sticker Website http://fordwindowsticker.com/ and https://www.clearvin.com/en/ I found that there were only 4 HE 2 DR with a lower vin than 046. I was thinking that there would be about 250 HE 2D manufactured, one for each VIN from 0001 to 0224, but that's does not appear to be the case. Maybe the real Limted Models are the HE 2 Doors?

After seeing all of the canceled reservations here and realizing my ever changing build date has not been updated since 11/3 with no return calls from my terrible salesman, I decided to call the ford line this morning...

They let me know that 0560 AT Race Red is now canceled. (ordered Sept 2022 when we had to re-up our original orders)

I got a call back from the dealership general manager and he's going to look into it today. I guess I may end up with a '24 instead of having 2 '23's
