Hoss 3.0 Ordering.

I think that the fact that the modular bumper remains as part of your order is a miss on the part of Ford's ordering system when the BOSS 3.0 is added to your order. They should have automatically removed the modular bumper if you added the BOSS 3.0. There ain't no way they are going to look at your order and remove the powder coated bumper and replace it with the modular bumper. For certainly isn't Burger King where you can have it your way.

I had the MOD bumper and it stayed on my order, dealer added the HOSS and it doesn't automatically change to the HOSS bumper

According to @PrevCYBRTRKrez - you can still get the modular bumper but the price drops from ~$875 to $270.

My biggest question that still has not been answered is whether or not the steel rear bumper is included with this package. All of the advertised photos from Ford show the rear steel bumper, but none of the documentation on this forum, BN, or Ford shows that it is included or available.

Guess I will just wait till orders start coming in until I order an aftermarket rear. I can make do with the looks of the steel rear, but I have always had a large amount of disdain for the Wildtrak plastic rear bumper.

I removed the MOD bumper on my build since the HOSS comes with it's powder coated one. I figure the fog lights and its wiring is a cool bonus, and I will add someone's pull off MOD through marketplace, or an aftermarket one.

If you select HOSS 3.0, the powdercoated capable bumper is included in that cost. However, you can upgrade to a powdercoated modular bumper for only $270 vs $825 without HOSS 3.0. Both bumpers are powdercoated no matter which trim or series you get.

Big issue for me, you loose the factory fog lights with the MOD bumper.

I originally ordered an Outer Banks on 3/17/2021.

Last week I did the Bronco Off Rodeo and changed my mind about my order and went to the dealership on Monday March 7th and ordered a Wildtrack and went back today and added the Hoss.

The base price on my WT is showing $51,225.

Does that seem to be the correct price for a 3/17/21 reservation changed on March 7th, 2022?

That is my understanding. I watched a BN community live broadcast on YouTube a couple of nights ago and that is what they said.

New order sheet did not reflect the MY22 MSRP. He did mention they received a message from their order system that adding HOSS will likely cause a delay.

You should get a rebate from your dealer for the difference (1750ish). My invoice also show the price increase but they/dealer stated I still had the price protection but the invoice doesn't show it.
