Man … so sorry to see that… that’s a really bad install. I’ve done pretty much all of it myself since it was super easy with the pre wire. The only one I am teatering to pay someone to do is the rear. Accessing that wire in the trunk passenger side doesn’t look like much fun. Just want to have everything ready for future chase lights possibly. Most likely I’ll just do it myself though.

I usually clip the plastic "triangle" off where the wire passes behind the trim. Doesn't affect anything but allows enough clearance between the cowl and mirror trim pieces to allow the wiring to pass through and trim sit flush.

For those who are recommending I do it I’m 100% for it but I have a bit of a barrier so I figured they installed the aux switches for me, 1) let’s make sure it works by having them install something and 2) I won’t have to worry about me messing something up.

I think I can fix it now that wiring isn’t as much of an issue and it’s just moving some screws around, etc. I need to find washers and button up the light.
